Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of your Mob Translate account at any time. You do not need the app installed to make a request.

What we delete

  • Your sign-in account, profile, active sessions and authentication data.
  • Your saved words, learning progress and activity associated with the account.
  • Your voice recordings, text contributions and suggestions, or their permanent link to your identity where de-identification is required for a legitimate reason.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address used for your Mob Translate account.
  2. Use the subject “Delete my Mob Translate account”.
  3. We will verify the request, confirm what will be removed, and complete it as quickly as reasonably possible.
